Because our products are custom-made, every order goes through a careful creation process before shipping.

🛠 Production Time

  • Standard production time: 3–5 business days
  • Peak season production time: 5–10 business days

The production times listed above apply to standard personalized or custom products. Some hand-painted items may take longer to complete. Specific lead times vary by product; estimated times will be listed in the product description, and we ask that you place your order only if you are comfortable with the estimated delivery time.

Each item is made with care and attention to detail.

🚚 Shipping Options & Rates

We offer two shipping options so you can choose what works best for you.

✈ Standard Shipping

  • Flat-rate shipping to other regions: $8.99
  • Flat-rate shipping within Europe (excluding the UK): $12.99
  • Orders over $89: Free shipping
  • Estimated delivery time: 7–20 business days

Our free shipping option is our way of saying thank you for your support 💛

⚡ Expedited Shipping

  • Flat rate: $16.99 per order
  • Estimated delivery time: 5–15 business days

The estimated time includes the time required for product customization.

If you need your item sooner, expedited shipping provides a faster delivery window.

These are estimated timeframes. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues.

📦 Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 2–3 days for tracking updates to appear.

🏠 Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided, we may not be able to recover the package.

We sincerely appreciate your patience while your custom piece is being created and delivered.

Shipping Delays:
Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and may take longer than the expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

Please note: If you Have not seen the delivery information when you click the order tracking link, please don’t worry! Sometimes, the package goes from our transfer point to the shipper’s first scan at one of its destinations, there may be 24 hours delay in viewing the tracking progress.
