Because most of our products are personalized and made just for you, we kindly ask that you review the policy below.

Your satisfaction means everything to us.
If something isn’t right, we promise to make it right.
We gladly offer replacements or refunds if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- The product is defective
- You received the wrong item
- There is a customization or printing error caused by our team
If this happens, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will respond within 24–48 hours and resolve it as quickly as possible.
🎨 Personalized Products
Because each item is custom-made specifically for you:
- We cannot accept returns due to change of mind
- We do not accept returns for incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong photo, wrong size, misspelled name)
- Slight color variations may occur due to screen differences
We truly appreciate your understanding, as each piece is created uniquely for you.
🔁 Order Changes & Cancellations
You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it.
After production begins, we are unable to cancel the order because it has already entered the creation process.
💳 Refund Processing
If your refund is approved:
- It will be returned to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was our responsibility.
